How do I track my order?

Go to Your account → Your orders and open the order details. Status updates appear as the seller processes and ships your cash-on-delivery order.

How do I pay?

Dutchempire currently accepts cash on delivery only. Pay the courier in cash when your order arrives. We do not collect card details online.

How do I return an item?

Open Your orders, choose the item, and contact support or the seller from the order page. Returns are reviewed case-by-case. Keep packaging and photos of any damage.

How does Dutchempire Buyer Protection work?

Accepted Answer

If an item doesn’t arrive, arrives damaged, or doesn’t match the listing, open a case from the order page or contact support. We review claims and work with the seller to resolve them.

How do I contact a seller?

On the product page, choose Contact seller, or open the order and use Message seller. You can also start a conversation from Messages.

How do I start selling?

Accepted Answer

Sign in, open Sell, add photos (up to 4), details, and price. Listings appear in the catalog after they are saved.

I forgot my password — what now?

Use Forgot password on the login page. We’ll email a reset link. You can also change your password anytime in Account → Settings.
