How do I track my order?

Signed-in buyers: go to Your account → Your orders. Guest checkout: open the “Track your order” link in your confirmation email (uses your order number + checkout email). Status updates appear as we process and ship your cash-on-delivery order.

How do I pay?

Dutchempire currently accepts cash on delivery only. Pay the courier in cash when your order arrives. We do not collect card details online.

How do I return an item?

Open Your orders, choose the item, and contact support or the seller from the order page. Returns are reviewed case-by-case. Keep packaging and photos of any damage.

How does Dutchempire Buyer Protection work?

Accepted Answer

If an item doesn’t arrive, arrives damaged, or doesn’t match the listing, open a case from the order page or contact support. We review claims and work with the seller to resolve them.

How do I contact a seller?

Accepted Answer

On the product page, choose Contact seller, or open the order and use Message seller. You can also start a conversation from Messages.

Can I order in bulk or wholesale?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Open Inquiries in the top menu (no sign-in needed), or choose Bulk / wholesale inquiry on a product. Include product name, quantity, contact name, TRN if you have one, phone, location, and email. Admins see every inquiry at Admin → Inquiries.

How do I start selling?

Sign in, open Sell, add photos (up to 4), details, and price. Listings appear in the catalog after they are saved.

I forgot my password — what now?

Accepted Answer

Use Forgot password on the login page. We’ll email a reset link. You can also change your password anytime in Account → Settings.
